Chef Stella Hates Colorado!

Colorado is way too cold for me. I now officially hate it here. But, I do love Hot Chocolate and well Colorado and Hot Cocoa go together well....the snow really looks beautiful on the mountains behind our house. I like it better in postcards though.

Anyhow, I love to cook....I should have been a chef, really. I adore The Food Network, and Rachel Ray, I seriously could sit there for hours. Hmmmm........new career path? I could be a Social Worker who cooks gourmet meals for her clients!! YES!! But, seriously....Rachel Ray makes it look too easy. If that were me it would be called 2 hour meals...juggling the munchkins and homework, the dogs and one of the many catastrophes that goes on in our home daily....Nope. 2 Hour meals. I am gonna call The Food Network and pitch them my new gig....."Real Moms and Making Dinner for The Monsters".

Ok, so David is home and we are getting to know each other again, you don't realize how hard it is to live with someone after they have been gone for a year. Things are good, tomorrow is "Date Night" and I am so excited! I can't wait. Well, once things are settled I will write more.

Selfish Wench...

I waited months......a year to be exact. I got no ceremony like I wanted. I even have to sharehim with all of his dang family. I know, shit happens....I am trying to be understanding, and a "good wife". But, geez this sucks. I just needed to vent and say this really sucks. Ok, I am done. Pity party over. lol.
